Tokens & AI Usage

Using AI agents and features depends on your available token quota — this applies even to the platform's automatic functions, like sprint analysis and planning. If your token quota runs out, agent jobs will fail. You can monitor job status and failure reasons from the sidebar: AI Agents > Jobs. You can monitor your usage and remaining quota from the sidebar: Settings > Tokens.

From the token usage panel you can see your remaining quota, usage history, transactions, the date of your next renewal, and purchase more tokens.

To buy more tokens, open the token usage panel, click Add credits, select the amount you want, and proceed to payment.

Check your subscription to confirm your plan's monthly quota. If you're on a dedicated-instance plan, workloads that run inside your own instance don't consume tokens and get exclusive priority.
