Workers

If you're on a plan with dedicated instances, you can manage, request, or deactivate worker instances from the sidebar: AI Agents > Workers.

Worker instances are the execution instances for our AI models. On plans without dedicated instances, jobs run in a shared pool that executes an isolated sandboxed context per project. During peak usage, some jobs may take longer than expected due to that shared pool's processing queue.

With a dedicated worker instance, your project gets exclusive priority on one or more instances reserved just for it.
