Boards Overview

Caesell has several types of boards, each with a specific role in helping your team follow the agile methodology efficiently. You can customize boards and their statuses from the sidebar under Projects > Boards. By default, every project is created with the following boards:

  • Sprint (main board)
  • Backlog
  • Product Delivery Board
  • Road Map Board
  • Releases

You can also create custom Kanban and To-Do list boards, or create boards for future sprints and leave the work pre-organized for the PO agent.

From the board settings page you can also access past boards (like previous sprints), favorite your custom boards in the sidebar, or deactivate and delete boards.
